I’m so thankful a friend recommended this business to me! I herniated a disc in my back last week and came here as part of my recovery. This is not your typical chiropractic office where the appt is 15 min, they crack, twist and pop your back….no. F.O.R.M. is completely different. My experience with Dr. Ray was a very thorough assessment and work-up of my problem areas. He was super knowledgeable and helpful! I then saw Jenna, the massage therapist, the next day and WOW. One, she is just incredibly kind. Two, it was the most thorough and intentional massage I’ve ever had. I’m really thankful I found F.O.R.M.!!

Jenna, the massage therapist, is AMAZING! Her room is a tranquil paradise. She listened carefully to everything I had to tell her about my aching body and got straight to work. She constantly checked to make sure the pressure she was applying was just right for me. She is able to get deep into my muscles and work out knots that have been bothering me for months! I felt a day and night difference after my massage! I HIGHLY recommend Jenna!
